Seniors at Tech Valley High School are leading a series of lunch and learn sessions for underclassmen this week,
According to the school’s communication’s coordinator Mike McCagg the series are helping the younger students decipher the world of encryption like Rubik’s cube and other mathematical mysteries.
The presentations, which started on Monday, are part of teacher Jason Irwin’s lesson on matrix applications, such as cryptography, photography, the Rubik's cube, transportation, and economics. As part of the lesson, McCagg says the students had to develop lessons of their own to deliver to underclassmen.
Monday’s session drew about a dozen participants and the presentations will continue throughout the week.
