Altamont native graduates basic training | People

COLUMBUS, GA – Army Pvt. Kevin Leitch has graduated from basic infantry training at Fort Benning.

During the nine weeks of training, Leitch received training in drill and ceremonies, weapons, map reading, tactics, military courtesy, military justice, physical fitness, first aid, and Army history, core values and traditions.

Leitch is the son of Russel and Pamela Leitch of Altamont. He is also a 2010 graduate of Guilderland High School.
